Screen stucks till the url loads

Hey,
I was trying to create a radio app . when someone click the card the screen stucks till the radio url loads

How can i fix this

When any card view clicked make one clock to timer for 1000ms, when clock timers then add the blocks to fetch url details

But it only fix the card colour issue , the screen is stuck till the url loadds

Use any notifier to run when along with any card view clicked
