Scroll list animation

I want to create such kind of animation with scroll handler and phase, how is it possible, I am trying but not able. Need help from you… Adding aia to help

No need to use on scroll event If you create the dynamic component through recycler then you can add this set up in Increase view … so whenever user scroll they will see the same animation
