Silent block of Audio component is not working,

i want to change the audio mode to silent mode. using audio component. when i use it to change the mode i get this error given below.

does anybody know how to fix it.

Is Do Not Disturb mode enabled in your device? If yes, disable and try again.

no, do not disturb is not enabled in my device, as you can see the screenshot below

Since Android 7 they need a extra permission.
Added in to do list
