that is a IOS Builder you have to start a new project where you have to make all things new.
You cannnot use your android project and download a IPA file and thats it.
I dont believe that we can use our Android AIA to create a IOS APP.

Did u still have a doubt about it ???
It was already confirmed year before that in 2k19 App Inventor will introduce iOS Development and Kodular will also do it!!
Don’t forget that Makeroid is changed to Kodular due to this reason only!!
