One of my subscriber has reported following error faced by him. App always crashes in his phone. Can someone tell why is it so?

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select “Download Blocks as Image”. You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.

If blocks are incorrect, everyone should face issue, not only him

Yes my user also facing the some crashes but on the other hand Many user didn’t Face app working perfect
So this problem in kodular
I guess 
But Redmi user Face the problem like app not install or suddenly it crash or it freeze
These problem caused by not update the package installer and system update. Redmi old phones didn’t get any update.
