Summary of the time spent on the screen

Hi. I have a problem with my app. I would like there to be an option on each screen (e.g. a button) that would take the user to a summary of the time spent on that screen (from the beginning of the application). I know I have to use Tiny DB, but I have absolutely no idea how to do it. Will you help?
