The Arguments are the wrong number of arguments for get component

when black circle block call, there is error “The Arguments are the wrong number of arguments for get component”
I have no idea what kind of error this is?

I have checked Procedure P_BLS_SuppCV and i find no wrong (i think), this procedure is 2nd dynamic component i use

Try to debug or test with one by one condition…
