I work on chat webview

The problem is that when members send a link, for example, it opens in a webview
Likewise, there is a bot that sends a message from time to time with a link for visitors to evaluate the application
The application page is opened for them on the store in the webview and not in the playstore application

How do I make external links open in Chrome browser?
