Unable to Reset Password – Missing CAPTCHA Response

Hello Kodular Team,

I am unable to log in to my Kodular account. When I try to reset my password using the link provided by Kodular, I get the following error instead of the reset form:
{“message”:“Missing CAPTCHA response”,“code”:“MISSING_RESPONSE”}
The CAPTCHA does not appear on the reset page, so I cannot complete the process. I have already tried:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Incognito/private mode
  • Disabling ad-blocker and VPN
  • Using both PC and mobile devices

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Could you please help me regain access to my account or fix the reset password page?

Apologies for the issue, it should be resolved now.

Can you try to request a new link? It should arrive with the fixed one.
