UPDATE 4.1: HackProtect Extension (No Permissions Needed) - Better Emulator Detection

Hello @Dokolo,

Unfortunately, @cian is no longer an active member of the community so it’s likely you won’t get an answer.

However although you provided a note to the Amazon Team, it’s most certainly not a real human being because the Amazon Appstore does have a lot of apps. I personally recommend not uploading your app to the Amazon Appstore because it will only reach (if at all) a small majority of installers.

Because apps are tested in emulators before launching on app store by amazon. But in playstore they are tested by humans.

Oh ok, good to know.
Thanks, i’m gonna remove this restriction then. Like said @hammerhai probably It’s not worth all that effort anyway.
Do you think i have to remove both restriction (“is emulation” check and “Installed from Amazon” check)?
And by curiosity where it’s stored that information (apk installed from…) in the apk itself or the Android system? I guess the os system.

Unless your app is working with something that shouldn’t be tampered with, then there is no need for such restrictions.

Yes. Please see the first post. It’s always a good idea to do this as this is where aia/aix/APKs are usually found.

Unknown but it seems so.

Try it out yourself.

Thankful for trying to help.
I had already downloaded the extension, I referred to the source code to perhaps resume development and improve extension.
I will test it.

Oh, I thought you meant the aix file.

I noticed that these blocks do not work if the application was installed via debug
It returns an empty value- * nothing *
Can you make it considered as a String?

I have lucky patcher installed, the app does not work with the latest version of lucky patchers.

Because LuckyPatcher changes its package name in every install…
I think, (I am not confirmed , please check if lucky patcher changes moded app package name or not ), if lucky patcher also changes the application’s package name you have moded , what you can do is check package name of your application which you will provide in string with Application’s package name using this
