Using two sensor ultrasonic with arduino by app inventor

This is how i want to show
Distance 1 show value of first HCSR04
And distance 2 show value of second HCSR04

Since you are using MIT App Inventor please post in https://community.appinventor.mit.edu/ . There if you search you will find many arduino related topics for example see
