You cant get a m3u8 url for youtube. You can only use youtube link to play videos and those are not m3u8.

In the test path option specify the path for test companion files

Try these two path values hope they work :

1- file:///storage/emulated/0/Makeroid/assets/external_comps/Plyr/assets/index.html
2- file:///mnt/sdcard/Makeroid/assets/external_comps/Plyr/assets/index.html

If these don’t work let me know.

Greate Job @zainulhassan but I found a bugs when i tried to get media type
"HLS" controls are not showing. also I think quality setting should work on "MediaTypeVideo"
. and “OnDoubleclick” video play & pause. Btw Such a great Extension appreciated. Great Job Keep Going.

Amazing extension, thanks so much!
I have a suggestion, why don’t you add an option to choose a color for the buttons and text and background of the player, so that we can customize colors without having to create a whole custom design for it. It would be very helpful and i think it won’t take too much time from a professional and amazing developer like you!
I hope you can implement this feature, and thanks again for this awesome extension, keep going!
