WebView home url doesnt work on API 18 lower device

Hi.
Im testing my APP on device with API lower 18.
I notice with webview_HomeURL doesnt work here:

Here what I see

On device with API bigger than 18, all is ok.

Too small an issue to deal with I suspect. You will need to create your own workaround if it is that important.
3.5% of all android distribution.
