What is considered as fast connection in Network Components
I mean minimum speed that is considered as fast connection by this block

I think 400 kbps is considered to be fast speed.

B=Bytes
Kilobits or Kilobytes

@kodular you may want to add the connection speed also in the documentation.

As i know,
KBps = Kilobytes
kbps=kilobits
so it might be bits
