You must be someone new who moved from the old days, @Nathan5226 is here to help! Just create a new project and navigate using the bottons at the top right corner
If you click on designer button you can drag and drop your components you want into the phone.
On “Blocks” click you can add the logic things and properties.

Thank for help its was new in the builder So I was searching what is it it was not in old builder
