Because I need to publish my app as soon as possible, I decided to publish my app in another app store because google play store doesn’t accept new SDK level 29 apps.

I’d say Amazon App Store. It does not charge any developer fee, so you can publish your app right away. Also, considering the Windows 11 announcement, you will have to use it to make it available for Windows.

It should be noted that most of the devices that use the Amazon store do not have Google services, so components such as: billing, Speech-to-text, Google Play Games, etc. will not work
While there are alternative services like payment with Amazon, there are no components or extensions available for them
