What should be the header image size of sidebar?

I’m making sidebar, I just wanted to know what should be the image size of header of size? I set the the Image to Width=>Fill parent and height=>Automatic but its not working, not fit in sidebar, please help

Width fill parent should work.
Use as height as example 20%
