What Time Zone does the community use?

Completely off-topic, which time zone does the community use?

actually these time stamps are to much confusing not only on community but on almost every other platform. Whenever a post/reply is made it shows it “13 h ago”, at slack the timestamp are totally broken, it even sometimes miss out the correct day although i chooses my timezone, Social media like Instagram and media too have wrong time stamps but than comes Whatsapp, which is perfect
Do anyone know why all this happen?

I set a correct time zone for my location, but Discourse still messes up.

Mine does not. Just from time to time, I get these old messages that I already saw, again. (from Peter, Boban and bodymindpower.)

Most of the users are experiencing same bug including me.

Notification issue from Kodular forum

I have probably received the following (always the same) notifications more than 50 times in the past two days. [grafik] I appreciate notifications from Boban or whoever (in my case only from Boban), but if I get the same thing every 5 minutes (!) that I’ve already got a hundred times before, it gets really annoying. @KodularCreator Will there be a solution to this issue?
