What's the the wrong with blocks?

My app already have on Google play (more than 1.000 download), when i use start io ads, Interstitial and banner is work fine.
When i use Unity ads, only Interstitial show, banner dont show, how i can fix it ?

Well, just a lil note for unity Ads users :

Unity Banner ads dont currently work because of unity servicer-side issues but, ya, It work if test mode is enabled

Did you understand the logic behind in this? You already set banner ad to load at screen initial, then why you are again design to load banner ad when the banner ad loaded. ? Here you need to set the banner ad visible to true only

Well, you load banner but display interstitial, instead first load Interstitial and den display it
