Go in properties on designer section and select suppress warning

Rather than hiding the warning it would make more sense to understand why this is happening…

Unfortunately you did not show us your relevant blocks …

It looks like you are using the CurrentPosition property… see the documentation here App Inventor Extensions: Audio Player | Pura Vida Apps

Returns the current position of the currently playing audio file in milliseconds. Player must be in status PLAYING or PAUSED to be able to return the current position.
