Why can't apps be developed for Android TV, Wear OS and Android Auto with Kodular?

I wanted to know why it is also impossible to develop with kodular applications for Android TV, Wear OS and Android Auto.All the systems I mentioned can run APK so why can’t we convert our apps (or develop the apps from scratch because if it’s Watch or TV it would be a bit complicated to convert) to those systems as well?
If possible, it could make the kodular more cross-platform!
