Why is it still quicker and more reliable to compile when testing than using Companion?

I thought that was the whole purpose of companion (besides being able to monitor variables, of course)

If it really is quicker for you to build the app and install it before doing a test, then do it… for me it is not quicker

Usually you add functionality and test immediately using the companion app and the Do it debugging tool. Then later when you think the app is bug free, build the app and test the apk file.
