24 hour visible timer on a button click

I want to create a button which, when clicked, starts a countdown timer of 24 hours visible on the button, it should run in the background also. I am stuck here from 3 days, someone please help.

After Click Button Disable for 24 hour

Use TinyDB to store the time of action and later check the stored time if it is >= stored time + 24 hours, then allow to call the action again.

for that i guess set the clock to time always fires
