why browser is not opening my facebook page when facbook app is not installed?

because browsers doesn’t know what do with the given data URI except Facebook app
but activity error event should fire then.
and browser should open.
You should check for any available activity for given data URI by using “Resolve Activity” block.
If any activity exists, then it will open the app, else open browser app explicitly.
