About phone call and error 908

I did my block like that.so everytime when i enter to app, appaer
Error 908 the permission process-outgoings has been denied.

please am new in kodular
someone can show me how can do when i want to use phone call using kodular?
and how can i hide the number to not appear at the time the user is calling always?
