Add extra feature in app

One of my educational app have facts of history and live in play store. If add extra features like

1. All social media using in one app.
2. All popular website in one app.

Will play store allow such types of updation in educational app.?

Why would it be still a educational app when you do that? I would immediately uninstall such an app if those things were added.
