Add Title Color for TitleBar

You add the posibility to change backgraund color for TitleBar but you didnot add Title Color propieties.

An alternate is to scroll down the Screen1 blocks, and all the way down you’ll see a Title Bar Text Color, on Screen1.Initialize set Title Bar Text Color to (Color Here)
