Thanks for the reply but I want the checkbox to be in a new line and not an image

Not possible.

For that, You have to use custom list view with checkbox extension.

Not possible in Colin Tree listview.
If you want check box, you can use Custom list view with checkbox extension by Deephost or you can use Dynamic component extension by @yusufcihan.
