Admob ad placement between two arrangments

Can we show Admob interstitial ad between two arrangements on the same screen? for example, after clicking on a button, an interstitial ad pops up and after closing the ad a new arrangement gets visible. I tried with one of my apps but it’s not working with the ads shown by Kodular
