You can use ting db and on each click add 1 in tiny db.
And for reset button when click on it set tinydb to 0.

Note: If you are trying to make a earning app or anything like it. It will not be approved by Kodular.

These worlds simply proves you’re baking up an earning app. Your app will not be approved to show ads. So better build anything helpful to users.
