Admob banner moving under card view

Admob banner is moving under card view

Steps to reproduce the issue

Swipe up and down where banner is located

Expected Behaviour

Admob stands still where located

Actual Behaviour

Add admob banner component in a card view instead of directly adding it in screen, so it will remain stable there !!

Actually admob banner is inside arrangement. Should I try card view instead?
