Ads are not showing in app after update

Hello koders

I make a app with Facebook ads and ads was working properly but when new ads aproval system arived the ads are not showing and when i m trying to approve my app from ads aproval system than it shows a message that your app in already on play store and not need any aproval but still ads are not showing in my app
Specially banner ads

From where are you installing app?
I mean from apk or play store.
