My airtable will take time to load if network is week.
There are four columns now after getting my solution I will shift them into 1 column. Now after getting this column. I want to set them into four variables(list).

Try with join block there by you can combine all the text box text into a single thing one and can save in a single column.
After getting value use split text (what you have used inthe join block just use here) block
This is double work. Why instead of calling each column, don;t youget all rows and use dictionary blocks to manipulate data in global lists according to your needs?
