my chat app rejected because more than one reason!

The Notice Says:
- Your App Wants to See Notifications on the Device, but Is not asking the user to Completely switch to your App as a Default SMS App, which maybe is not allowed. (not Sure of this still)
- Your App Says it Requires phone call verification but does not seem to be using it anywhere
- Your App Says it Will broadcast SMS to various Contacts but is not Built to do so
All these are Mostly the reasons According to what I Understood
