Focus on quality and usefulness.
Then figure out how to monetise it.
Your priority should be to develop a great quality app first, and monetise it second.
Too many developers think about monetising before they even start creating an app, and the end result is poor. It’s obvious to the users that the main purpose of the app is to generate money for the developers and not to provide usefulness or entertainment for the users.
