APK/AAB Manifest Editor Dev Tool v1.0 
A cross-platform tool to edit Android Manifests (minSdk, targetSdk, Permissions and so on in the Manifest file of the apk/aab) without recompiling your app. Supports APKs, AABs, and plain XML files. Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
This tool is a problem solver for developers, earlier one need to edit apk then convert it to aab, facing issues for signing to upload to play store. Now this tool regenerates apk to apk and aab to aab with signing which saves the time.
Installation
Step 1 - Install Python 3.8+
Download from Download Python | Python.org
Step - 2 Download the program
Step - 3 Extract the program into a folder on your system
Step 4 - Command Prompt (Cmd) or Terminal > navigate to the folder > run this command:
python install_deps.py
If the system already has any dependencies then it will ask you to skip else install all the required dependencies: JDK, Android SDK build-tools, apktool, and bundletool.
Step 5 - Use The Program
Double Click run_program.py which will start this Program/Tool.
