APK Wrong Fingerprint in Google Play Console

I have a google play publiched app, maked in thunkable, i use some instructions from a member for have the same package name, but when i try to upload the makeroid apk, the console show an error, the previous apk, don’t have the same fingerprint than the new one.

Any help?

I only have one solution in mind, and is Change the actual name of the published app, and upload the new like a completely new app, but the actual users have to install the new one, and this is a bad experience for the users.

Export keystore from your thunkable project, then import it to your makeroid project.
Export apk and upload again to Google play store.
