App apk problem

hi i want to know that after downloading apk of my computer i cant open it.
this is always with me.
it downloads every time when open with chrome to view app on computer.

pls kindly help

If you want to open apk in pc. Then you need a emulator.

Or use Arc Welder ( chrome extension )

Arc Welder but it’s old version and not updated. So can’t say it will work properly.

after few days i got it nox memu,etc are bad.
but my dicovery says bluestacks is magnificent
