My app was approved yesterday, and I implemented admob banner ads in my app, and till now ads aren’t appearing.
here are blocks. Ad units were created 18 hours ago in Admob.

You should use all blocks before asking a question.
Otherwise you can use Admob failed to load ad or Admob failed to show ad.
dont use time with admob banner
use with Initialize
So this is not a good idea. You have one clock function that is calling ad over and over and over again.
This will not work. You are going to need to change how ads are displayed, so they are displayed on content driven actions.

It is against admob policy
