What version of sdk are you using in apps
The minSDK is 14, which means your apps will work with Android 4+.
Min API level we support is 14, i.e, Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)

what is the mean
You will be able to make Material Design apps for devices running Android 5.0 and above. Older versions will use the default Holo theme.
