Application closes when opening screen 5

Good night friends, I managed to solve the problem of screen 2, now it’s screen 5 that doesn’t open, when I click on the card view print it’s to open screen 5, but the application closes, and I’ve been trying to solve it for days and I can’t. Thank you very much in advance.
in the companion it opens normally, but when I install the APK this error happens.
