I have a doubt. Are views counted if user plays my youtube videos in my app via youtube component? I don’t think it does. Any help?

I think yes its count.
I think it is the same as the web player or YouTube app. But the algorithm stops counting after a number of views from each single device. I made an experiment and gained more than 100 views on a video. 2 days later, YouTube took back nearly all the views generated by refreshing.

In theory it is the same. But youtube won’t count the views if the video is with autoplay activated, only if the user clicks to play.
