For card networks like Visa or MasterCard, I’m afraid it is not easy as simply putting an extension. There are payment processors that allow you to allow payments over the world, and one of them is Stripe. Note that financial services such as Stripe requires a strict verification for obvious reasons (like preventing fraud) which you need to prove your identity, where you reside, what exactly are you going to do etc.
