Ask permission for storage

Hello koders,
i am an issue/query regarding downloading a google drive file

  1. How to ask permission for external/internal storage
  2. download files with proper extension (ex- pdf should be downloaded as pdf only)

Right now the screnario is that it downloads all type of files as .bin files
some users are not able to download as no permission asked/given
extensions used - extended webviewer
please help me with it.

You can do it with List Permission Extension, Like this

Hey ,this is what i am about to do is it correct
or please suggest me a better thing like i want
once user gives permission he should not see the permission call again
