Looks like this is a company owned device and thus you need admin permission to install apk files.

No it used to run fine but its not working after changing package name.
Is your Google account different from a @gmail.com domain?
Check out how many Google account are signed it in , probably one of your account is administrator you need to remove that account so that all accounts can have privilege
I am also Having the same problem in my Gionee F103pro. But it works fine in my other device.
Actually one of my email was on company domain. It was creating problem. Now its running fine.
