when i click on CLEAR .,…it strucks in Loading page

Can you check Clock component. as per your block Notifier Dismiss Progress dialogue when Clock1 Timer On

You have not enebled clock in the above blocks. Therefore the when timer do event dosen’t occurs and the notifier dosen’t get cancelled.
Re arrange blocks:
When Button1.click Clock1Timer enabled to true.
When Clock1.Timer Clock1Timer enabled to false and call Notifier Dismiss Progress dialogue.
