Simple question.
When there are 3 items in bottom navigation bar, then items are with text.
But when there are 4 items in bottom navigation bar, then only one item is with text ?
This issue may be due to lack of space or label text length.
What do you think?

Its not a issue.
Thats the normal behavior.
