Bottom popup notification

I need a popup notification that comes up from the bottom and automatically hides after 3 seconds, like the video below.

I searched but only found an extension that displays notifications in the middle of the screen and requires click Dismiss.

You may consider using Snackbar. Its similar but its not pop up.
