The Settings and Preview buttons are missing here:
Steps to reproduce the issue
Create a new topic or reply to an existing one.
Expected Behaviour
The Settings and Preview buttons should be visible.
Actual Behaviour
They are not visible.
You can see the buttons if you rotate device or if you have bigger screen. They are not invisible, because of other actions, (you can click empty icons)

But it is not so much convenient. At least it should be scrollable.
