it is working properly, try to do something else under "when button click " block and you will come to know, probably it may be network issue or your app is not able to upload files instantly, for more info try to set alert to the response code of “Row created” block

When you test your app, there is an option in the right click menu in the blocks editor.
You can try it to check if the button is not working or Airtable is not working
